Thank you Plumber on The Way for responding to my emergency in the middle of the night. It was the most wonderful experience during a difficult time. Marty was awesome! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. He went above and beyond to assist me. He was so kind, calm, and professional. Thank you once again.

Plumber on the Way provided excellent customer service! Upon learning of the potential of lead in our incoming water pipe to our home, we called our reliable provider, Plumber on the Way. They quickly shared additional information about the city program underway to reduce lead in drinking water by checking homeowners' water pipes. They were able to make a visit the very next day (tacked on to an existing service call nearby) and quickly determined we are lead free! They left an invoice to complete and email that validated their service with no cost to the homeowner. Thanks Plumber on the Way- you are dependable, trustworthy and transparent in your service!

I had an excellent experience with my plumbers from Plumber on The Way. They scheduled for the next day and arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional, and did a wonderful job explaining the issue and fixing it. Any plumbing needs, they are my first call!

We have used Plumber On The Way several times. The first couple of times they were AMAZING! With our past two visits, there has been no communication. They show up, work on the issue with no communication, followed by immediately sending an invoice that does not reflect the job finished. It is a bummer because we thought we had found a great company to work with.

The folks ant Plumber on the Way are great. Marty has helped me regularly at my house, most recently just a few weeks ago, and James and Harold helped my business out with an emergency problem related to a gas line today. They are knowledgeable, courteous, extremely efficient, and I’d recommend them for any commercial or residential work.
